About me
Hello, my name is Lindsay and I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor based in Widnes. I am also a registered member with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I am able to draw upon a number of different counselling styles and theories during our sessions together. I will work with you to tailor a counselling style that is best suited for you, offering a completely unique and personal session each time. I believe no one person is the same, therefore no one counselling style can suit all.
I understand that taking that first step into seeking therapy is the hardest step you will have to take, but I can reassure you it will be the only step you have to take on your own. My counselling room will offer you a safe space in which you can explore your thoughts and feelings, talking openly and honestly without the fear of judgement or opinions. Many people find that just having the chance to speak freely with someone who is not personally involved is very helpful.
